Superfriendly staff all over the place. A safe box, TV, and a microwave in the room, great and absolutely perfect location. Friendly service overall and parking on site.

I had a wonderful experience in this area, as it was just a short walk to Shreveport Water Works Museum, and the staff at the front desk made check-in fast and friendly .

It was a nice stay. We got in kind of late and the restaurant was closing but they made food for us and it was very good. Nice of them to stay open to prepare food (I was starving).

The bar at the Hilton was great!

Room was spacious, but housekeeping left it dirty with stains everywhere.

Good restaurant with a variety of beer!

The hotel location, and cleanness, free shuttle ( oh but it does come with a price)

The shuttle personnel, and the front desk. The hotel bar only staffs one person, the service is slow.

Clean accommodations and friendly staff. The in-room dining offered good food, particularly enjoyed the sashimi. There were ongoing hot water issues, and the bar area had loud music were nice. Navigating the parking garage was sometimes a hassle.

The staff was so friendly especially Ms. Yashica. I enjoyed the bar downstairs and just the room overall felt like I was still at home. Which doesn't seem to happen often for myself.

Suites were roomy

Couch had spots, looked like old milk or gak on the cushions. $12 to valet, $7 to park. Stayed at Sam's town , it was much nicer

Breakfast Buffet was excellent! Wait staff great service. Front desk service superb, courteous and thoughtful. We were told we needed to move to different floor due to rooms being updated, but then they apologized for inconvenience it would cause us due to my getting married on that day. The staff informed us we didn't have to move and delivered gifts to our room for inconvenience! Great service!

Initially we were told we could do early check in but wasn't informed while on call there would be a charge!

Overall, I wasn't that impressed.

Had to change rooms because the first one was filthy. Considering the price I paid I would expect a better facility. I've held Hiltons in high regard as a hotel, but I was very disappointed in my stay. I took pictures of how filthy the first room was. Not a good experience to say the least.

Friendly staff

I was supposed to have a river view room, however when I arrived at 4 they said it had not been cleaned, and gave me a room with a horrible view.

The gym is fantastic with 24/7 access and great equipment, including Peleton bikes. Plus, the location is super convenient! I also loved the spacious room for my family.

It is close to all the entertainment downtown and free shuttle within 2 miles

We did not have a bad experience
